First Online Summer School on Solvation Science

Traditionally, the iGSS Summer School takes place at the Ruhr-University Bochum. In 2021, the event took take place virtually via Gather.town and Zoom. We encourage keen and motivated Master and PhD students with an interest in Solvation Science to apply for a place at our Summer School.

PROGRAMM iGSS SUMMER SCHOOL 2021

Lecture Series May 25th-26th, 2021

We are pleased to welcome internationally renowned speakers in the field of Solvation Science to give keynote talks on their research during the Lecture Series on the 25th and 26th of May. The session topics for 2021 are "Ultrafast Spectroscopic Methods to Investigate Solvation Dynamics" and "Solvation of Electron-rich and Electron-deficient Compounds".

The Lecture Series is organized and chaired by members of our Graduate School and Early Career Researchers . Students are encouraged to continue the conversation throughout the week.
