RESOLV support Early Career Researchers at all stages of their careers (Ph.D. students, postdocs and young group leaders) by providing an own budget for career coaching, soft skills workshops and leadership training. The Early Career Researcher Board decides about the activities and organizes various events, workshops and excursions. Please see below for an overview.

In addition, all Early Career Researchers in RESOLV are invited to participate in the training and workshop program of the cross-faculty RUB Research School
