Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.: The group of RESOLV scientist Prof. G. Clever has used ingenious strategies to enable the selective incorporation of two different types of ligands into three- and four-membered rings. They showed that the central cavity can host a guest molecule and that the host-guest complexes exhibit interesting optical properties that differ from those of the isolated ring and guest.
